• Advance Notice: All custom cake requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event date.

• Order Confirmation: Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve your date.

• Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your order following quote approval.

• Wedding Cakes: Larger wedding orders may qualify for a separate payment schedule.
